  •              Humberto Ramírez, Guadalajara, México, 1982. Su búsqueda mas reciente en el dibujo, y que es de donde parte para sus procesos en la escultura, instalación o pintura, se ha construido a partir de la generación de imágenes saturadas de objetos, coyunturas de ideas y polivalencias. Cada dibujo es un relato independiente y al mismo tiempo un fragmento de uno mayor. Cada relato, o conjunto de ellos, intenta describir o reflexionar sobre temas sugeridos en distintas realidades.

               From Pied Beauty, 1918
  • Glory be to God for dappled things —
  • For skies of couple-colour as a brinded cow;
  • For rose-moles all in stipple upon trout that swim;
  • Fresh-firecoal chestnut-falls; finches’ wings;
  • Landscape plotted and pieced — fold, fallow, and plough;
  • And áll trádes, their gear and tackle and trim.

  • All things counter, original, spare, strange;
  • Whatever is fickle, freckled (who knows how?)
  • With swift, slow; sweet, sour; adazzle, dim;
  • He fathers-forth whose beauty is past change:
